Water Shower Autoclave Introduction:
Water shower autoclave is widely used in the sterilization of sealed large-capacity liquid products. The autoclave is suitable for the sterilization of large glass bottle infusion, plastic bottle infusion, soft bag packaging infusion, glass bottle oral liquid, and etc. The autoclave’s temperature control is wide(80-126℃). The sterilization equipment has rapid heating and cooling function which reduces the effect to the drug by high-temperature sterilization. Because it’s good temperature evenness control can effectively prevent the packages from deformation, water shower autoclave could also be used for the sterilization of (tinplate packaging cooking bag packaging) food, functional drinks and etc. Temperature time and Fo dual control meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia.

Water shower autoclave has two types of structure: SQS series small type water shower autoclave adopts motor driven door and horizontal rectangular structure. SYS series large type water shower autoclave adopts sliding door and horizontal cylinder structure. The water shower sterilization equipment adopts 304 or 316L stainless steel material chamber. It is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC+ HMI has standard “user management, data storage, process management” function. The sterilization process can be traced back. The autoclaves have an independent data recording device and an industrial control system to ensure the accuracy of the data. The remote computer monitoring technology of the sterilization equipment makes the system application and maintenance more convenient.
